The 5 things you can do to avoid the post New Years Slump:

  1. Review your 2016 goals and recommit to them. If you haven’t already downloaded our free goals worksheet, click the image to download the worksheet I use.Screenshot 2016-01-27 10.13.23
  2. Commit to a morning routine. Personally, I wake up early and meditate, read affirmations, visualize the life I want, read ten pages in a book, journal, and finally, exercise for 30-45 minutes.
  3. Take at least one day off per week to disconnect, recharge and spend time with family.
  4. Call 5 people up and ask them to coffee or lunch.
  5. Commit to educating and investing in yourself. Some of the things that I do are: listen to audiobooks, read business related books, listen to podcasts, and attend seminars, conferences, and CLE’s.
